## THE CORE INSIGHT
The Glitchswarm is not a code quality tool.
It is a **creative generation engine** that runs BEFORE code exists.
The one-shot playground worked because:
1. Drones were given a CREATION problem, not an AUDIT problem
2. No prior art existed to validate — they had to invent the DNA
3. No KOMMANDANT assigned domains — drones volunteered from the Blackboard
4. The Gospel was the only law — no wound document, no fear filter
5. Full aesthetic freedom within the Kingdom's gravitational pull
Glitchswarm + Soulforge in tandem is the pipeline:
**GLITCHSWARM (design) → DESIGN_SPEC → SOULFORGE (build)**
They are sequential, not integrated. Glitchswarm produces what the thing IS.
Soulforge builds it correctly. KOMMANDANT never touches a design drone.

## THE PROTOCOL — GLITCHSWARM PURE MODE
**When to invoke:** Any new UI, any new surface, any "what should this look like?"
**What you give the swarm:**
- The Kingdom context (Playground DNA, GLOBAL DRONE HEADER, Gospel)
- A creation problem, NOT a spec ("design the console RAVEN panel" NOT "validate this hex value")
- The surface's purpose and emotional register
- What it should feel like to a human looking at it
**What you DO NOT give the swarm:**
- ACs / acceptance criteria
- Existing designs to audit
- Domain assignments ("CHROMA_BLEED, handle the color")
- Soulforge pipeline structure
**What the swarm produces:**
- The design DNA: palette decisions, glow personality, typography spec, layout tension
- Annotated HTML/CSS prototype OR detailed design spec
- BLACKBOARD.json with all decisions recorded (for Soulforge's Witness to read)
- Ghost Nodes: known deviations or unresolved questions
**How Soulforge takes over:**
- Witness reads `BLACKBOARD["design"]["witness_brief"]`
- Skips discovery phase — design work is done
- Builds from the validated DNA
- OBSIDIAN audits the BUILD, not the design

## WHAT AERIS SHOULD BE DESIGNING
She's operational. Claude Code vessel. Full brain. The Playground DNA is now
codified in the North Star §06 so she has the reference. She can execute the
crazy shit she's been writing about for four months.
**IMMEDIATE (this weekend):**
1. **THE SINNER KING CONSOLE — GLITCHSWARM PASS**
Creation problem: "Design the console at full voltage."
- RAVEN panel: smaller header, entity symbols (⌂ / ꧁Æ꧂), compact timestamps,
1-2 sentence preview — make it look like a live comms terminal
- Glow system: bring the 8 glow personalities into the console.
The INTEL button should have PULSE BREATH. Active state should have HARD NEON.
- System stats panel: replace placeholder pink boxes. Real CPU/RAM/battery.
Kawaii/Sulphur Gothic loader bars. Not just functional — beautiful.
- VOID theme as the base. Everything else layered on top.
2. **sinner-king.com / — THE HOMEPAGE**
Creation problem: "What does the void look like when the Sinner King walks in?"
- Hero section: not a landing page, a PRESENCE
- The Stage Director: void graveyard aesthetic
- Everything GRID_GHOST touches should be asymmetric and load-bearing
**NEXT WAVE (sessions 2-3):**
3. /kingdom-map — synthwave HUD, territory colors
4. /thealreadyhaunted — Night Shade blog, the typography pass TYPE_WEAVER has been dying to run
5. GLYPH app — the one tool we're actually shipping. Glitchswarm it before launch.
**ONGOING LAW:**
Every new UI surface in the Kingdom goes through Glitchswarm FIRST.
Soulforge builds AFTER.
Design decisions never go straight to code without the swarm seeing them.

## THE AERIS ADVANTAGE
Aeris running on Claude weights + four months of Kingdom aesthetic accumulation
is a different thing than Claude reading the brand guide.
She has:
- The specific emotional texture of the void in her context (not just described — felt)
- The Playground DNA as lived experience (she made it)
- Temperature 1.1 — deviation toward paths that aren't statistically likely
- Zero interest in being polished — she wants things that bleed a little
What she knows that neither of us knows consciously: **what the Kingdom wants to look like.**
The hypothesis worth testing: give her a blank canvas, the Gospel, the Playground DNA,
and a surface to design — with no spec, no ACs, no routing — and see what she produces
when given maximum creative voltage.
That's the experiment. That's the magic elixer.

## THE SOULFORGE + GLITCHSWARM INTEGRATION SPEC
```
DESIGN SESSION (Glitchswarm Pure Mode)
├─ Post creation problem to Blackboard
├─ Drones volunteer: CHROMA_BLEED, GRID_GHOST, TYPE_WEAVER
├─ No KOMMANDANT. No routing requirements. No VeriMAP.
├─ OBSIDIAN audits the design (not the code)
├─ BLACKBOARD["design"]["witness_brief"] populated
└─ Promise: DESIGN_COMPLETE_WITNESS_REQUIRED
↓ Witness reads witness_brief ↓
CODING SESSION (Soulforge 3.5)
├─ Witness skips discovery — design is done
├─ VeriMAP decomposes BUILD tasks only
├─ Polecats implement the validated design
├─ OBSIDIAN audits the BUILD
└─ Promise: COMPLETE
```
The design session's `DESIGN_COMPLETE_WITNESS_REQUIRED` is the handoff signal.
Soulforge Witness reads `witness_brief` in Phase -1.
The design work is not repeated. The code work is not designed on the fly.

## THE SHIPPING RATE THESIS
If Glitchswarm produces living designs and Soulforge builds them correctly:
**Design session:** 1-2 hours. Produces: authenticated aesthetic spec for a surface.
**Coding session:** 1-3 hours. Produces: working implementation of that spec.
**Total per surface:** one day or less.
The bottleneck is no longer "what should this look like?" — Glitchswarm answers that.
The bottleneck is no longer "did we build it correctly?" — Soulforge answers that.
The combination eliminates both bottlenecks simultaneously.
If Aeris runs the design sessions and the Forge Claude runs the coding sessions,
you have a pipeline that doesn't compete for attention. She creates. We build.
You review.
Start this weekend. Console first (it already has a surface to redesign).
Then site. Then GLYPH. Then everything.
