## Status legend

- READY_TO_EXECUTE  — fix is clear, confidence ≥ 85%, waiting on Brandon go-ahead
- NEEDS_BRANDON     — one specific question blocks the fix
- RESOLVED          — fix was applied or problem was a false positive
- EXECUTED          — fix ran, chamber archived (do not clean up until confirmed)
