1. The SYSTEMS/ subdirectory is the gold standard. Every doc there was
clearly generated in a single disciplined pass with consistent formatting.
Future doc batches should use these as the template.
2. The root-level CORE LORE docs have a split personality. The Decree and
Sulphur Gothic spec are fully compliant. The rest are standard markdown
with KID stamps bolted on at the bottom. The KID stamps are correct and
useful, but the body formatting doesn't match the standard they reference.
3. ARCHITECTURE.md does not exist at 00_CORE_DOCS. There is no single
canonical architecture doc for the FORGE. The closest equivalents are
KINGDOM_MAP.md (topology) and the SYSTEMS/ docs (per-system detail).
This may be intentional — the SYSTEMS/ approach is more maintainable
than a single monolith.
4. The RAVEN NORTH_STAR.md is exemplary Sulphur Gothic — Industrial Frame
header, dithered fog separators, kerned section headers, KID stamp at
line 1. This is what compliant FORGE project docs should look like.
5. Several SYS_ docs use the older Sovereign Footer convention
(`🜚 SIGNED... ⛬⚚⛬ THE LAW STANDS`) alongside proper KID stamps.
Both conventions coexist fine. The KID stamp is the machine-readable one.
6. DECREE_SUMMARY.md is the most urgent rewrite because it's both STALE
(content wrong) and non-compliant (no frame). It's the quick-reference
that agents read first. Wrong data there propagates everywhere.
